Meet the Coach
George Andraws is a Director of Quality Engineering with over 20 years in the software testing industry, specializing in mobile QE for iOS and Android. He has led engineering teams of up to 15 people at companies including Hilton Hotels and has personally conducted more than 1,000 technical and behavioral interviews throughout his career.
George co-founded Incredihire, a career mentoring and interview preparation platform built specifically for quality engineering professionals. He is a recognized speaker in the QE community, having presented at Innovate QA 2024 and STAREast 2025 on topics ranging from mobile quality strategy to building high-performing engineering teams.
Born in Cairo and raised in the Seattle area, George brings a global perspective and a direct, results-focused coaching approach. His coaching is grounded in real executive experience, not theory. He knows what hiring managers are actually looking for because he has been one for years.
